The battery current reading seems incorrect on my EC620 control panel
If the battery current reading seems incorrect on your EC620 control panel, you may need to calibrate the current sensor in the PSU
to the control panel in order to get a true reading.
Ensure the mains charger is switched off at the EC600 PSU. If you are not on mains hook up this isn't necessary.
Turn on the control panel, and scroll to the "Sargent EC620" screen.
Please use caution when in the advanced settings as you can cause problems with the system operation if you change any settings.
Press and hold the select (Left arrow) button for approximately 10 seconds to enter the advanced settings screen.
Scroll to "CALIBRATE AMPS?" and press the select button. Power will go off in the van whilst the system takes calibration readings.
Scroll down to "EXIT SETTINGS?" and press the select button to go back to normal operation.
Your battery current should now read as expected.
