Once you have customised the alerts, press the save button to save the changes.
Tracking Mode
Tracking Mode provides access to 2 features called Service mode and Transport mode. These modes temporarily inhibit / block alerts from your vehicle being sent to the tracking monitoring station. This can be useful if your vehicle is being serviced, if you plan to removing the leisure battery, test or work on the alarm system, of if you are about to travel by ferry or have your vehicle moved by road transport.
NOTE: This option is only visible if the vehicle has a valid Tracking subscription.
The Tracking Mode can be accessed and customised by clicking the Blue down arrow.
This will open the following drop down list.
Here there are 2 buttons, one for Transport mode and one for Service mode.
If you plan to travel by ferry or have your vehicle moved via transport press the Transport button and follow the onscreen information. Set the required end date by clicking / pressing on the date. Press the blue OK button to activate the feature.
NOTE: Your Alarm and Battery disconnect warnings will remain active.
If your vehicle is being serviced, having the leisure battery disconnected / changed or you are performing tests on the alarm system, press the Service button and follow the onscreen information. Set the required end date by clicking / pressing on the date. Press the blue OK button to activate the feature.
NOTE: The GPS Location will still be active.
Transport and Service mode will cancel automatically when the set time has elapsed.
Remote Control
Remote Control provides access to several vehicles controls and also shows current system information, like temperature, tank levels and battery condition.
The Remote Control features can be accessed by clicking the Blue down arrow.
This will attempt to communicate with your vehicle and acquire the current levels and system status.
This process can take up to 1 minute to connect depending on the signal strength at the vehicles location.
Once connected, an example of some system elements are shown below:
The buttons that state either ON or OFF can be used to turn the item on or off, or make relevant setting adjustments.
For example, if the Dimmer 1 button is pressed, the website will send the data to your vehicle.
And then update the button to show the new status.
The lower row of smaller 'tiles' shows system information.
The data shown on the Remote Control option is refreshed periodically to provide real time data to the user.
History
The History section allows you to view the system levels information and vehicle locations between a user defined period of time.
The History features can be accessed by clicking the Blue down arrow.
This will open the following drop down list.
The user can choose a start and end date for the information they want to access by clicking on the blue dates and selecting the new dates on the calendars. Once the start and end date has been selected, press the refresh button. If data is available over this time period, the data will be displayed over 2 parts. The first part is the levels data illustrated graphically as shown below:
Hovering over any of the data points will display the data value and the time the data was recorded.
NOTE: If you press the button next to the Refresh button, this will change the Graphs from a compact view to a larger expanded view.
The second part is the GPS position history of your vehicle over the selected time period. This includes the levels data at the GPS points and the Alarm state.
Clicking on an item in the list will centre the map on that data point.
Events and Reminders
The Events and Reminders section allows you to add notes and reminders for items such as Comms Box / CO Alarm / Smoke Alarm Battery Replacement.
The Events and Reminders are for the customer only. Its purpose is to create a record of an action that is required, who will be actioning the Event or Reminder and when the Event or Reminder has been Completed.
NOTE: When an Event or Reminders has been triggered, the Account registered to the vehicle will receive an email with the Notification details.
The Events can be accessed by clicking the Blue down arrow.
Clicking the Blue arrow will open a table containing all the Events and Reminders for the vehicle. To add an Event or Reminder, click the Blue Add Button.
Clicking the Add Button will open up the following popup.
First, Click the Item Box to open the following drop down selection box and the select the Event or Reminder Item.
Next, Click the Actioning Dealer Box and Select either "Myself" for Reminders such as Insurance renewal or the name of your Dealer if it's an action such as Annual Leisure / Habitation Service.
NOTE: The Actioning Dealer is only meant to record who will/has actioned the Event or Reminder Item.
Next, Click the Due Date box to set the Date for the Event or Reminder Notification.
The next box is for when the Event or Reminder has been Actioned and/or Completed. If you are adding an Event or Reminder, do not click this box. This box can be updated later with the Actioned and/or Completed Date.
The final box allows the Event or Reminder inputter to add a note to the Event or Reminder.
This note can be no more than 64 Characters long. The remaining characters counter does update as you input the note so you can keep track of the note length.
Once the Event or Reminder has been inputted, Click Save to add the Event or Reminder to the table.
The Table will now be populated with the Event or Reminder. An example is shown below.
You can edit the Event or Reminder at any point by clicking on the Event or Reminder. The following popup will appear.
NOTE: This popup would mainly be used to input the Date Complete field.
Documents
The Documents section contains a link to the vehicles Owners Manual, and if you have a valid Tracking subscription, the Thatcham Tracking Certificate.
These documents can be accessed by clicking the Blue down arrow.
Press / click on the document you would like to access and it will be download to your device.
Tracking Subscription
If you do not have an valid Tracking or Data subscription then the following will be displayed at the bottom of the vehicles details section, showing the possible purchase options.
You can purchase either a Data subscription or a Tracking and Data subscription.
The Maps Section allows you to view the last reported location of your vehicle(s) along with notable Swift Group Locations such as Dealerships and many campsites.
Clicking on any of the Blue Swift Icons will display the information for that point.
The Account Section allows you to check and update your Swift Command account details including; your name and address, contact numbers for alerts, contact numbers used by the tracking monitoring station.
