My EC155 control panel keeps beeping and the LED flashes
On the new
version of the control panel (with BLUE LED’s) if you experiencing beeping
and flashing of the top green LED on the Level display this would
indicate that the system is detecting an overvoltage of more than 15V.
On older
versions of the control panel (with GREEN LED’s). If the system
is detecting an overvoltage of more than 15V the system will shut down but you
will not get any beeping from the control panel.
Overvoltage can come from 3 different sources.
- 230V mains chargers
- Solar
- Split charging while driving (smart alternators and regen braking)
