Configuring Modular System for Webasto Thermo Top EVO

Overview
The Sargent MC100 Control Unit can be interfaced with the Webasto Thermo Top EVO heating system, allowing the heater to be controlled from the Sargent EC970 Control Panel. In order to do this the following additional parts are required, which are available directly from Sargent:-
  1. Fan Adaptor PCB (Part: 17464)
  2. Fan PCB harness (Part: 89003-24)
Wiring
The system should be wired as per the attached diagram, which details how to make connections between the Webasto heater and Sargent Control Unit
Note that the cable colours shown are for harnesses provided with the standard Modular System kit (Part: K970A) and may vary for OEM installations

Enabling the heater controls
Before the display can communicate with the Webasto Thermo Top heater, it must first be enabled from the ADVANCED SETUP menu 


Information Display
Once the heater has been enabled, and additional 'Heating' menu option will be shown on the home screen, allowing the Webasto heating controls to be accessed

Once selected, the additional screen below will be displayed, allowing the heater to be controlled
For assistance on each control, press the Help button in the top right corner
